Yes. Laura visits families at home in Hackney, East and Central London so your baby or toddler can stay in a familiar space, often in arms or feeding during the appointment.
Do you use a piercing gun?+
No. RealMama uses a specialised sterile pressure system (not a gun) for a more precise, hygienic piercing with less trauma to the lobe. Hypoallergenic starter studs and aftercare solution are included.
Is baby ear piercing safe?+
When it is done with single-use sterile equipment, correct placement and clear aftercare, it is a common family choice. Laura is a midwife and nurse as well as a trained baby ear piercing practitioner, and will talk through timing, aftercare and any medical cautions before you go ahead.
